Russ Barton earned his Masters of Science (MS) in Nutritional Science from Brigham Young University in 1993. He joined the USANA Science Team in 1997 after working as a health consultant for an international weight management company, and as a nutrition course teacher. He is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN). In addition, he has attended Harvard University continuing medical education for practical approaches in the treatment of obesity.

As part of his many roles at USANA over the years, he has written hundreds of research-related articles and answered over 120,000 health and product related questions. He currently manages science-related social media and a Facebook page, which has over a million followers. A senior nutrition scientist in the Department of Health and Science Education, most people in USANA know him as the “Ask the Scientist Guy”.

Jared Crebs has a background as a professional guitarist and music teacher. He started with USANA in 2006 to support himself and his family. He is an expert at developing new leadership to succeed in their own markets. He has been with USANA for 18 years and recently won the 2024 #7 Top Retention Leader Award & #23 Top Sales Leader Award in the Americas & Europe Markets. Crystal Crebs has a background as a makeup artist and bar tender. She was working at MAC Cosmetics during the day, and a bar at night when she found USANA in 2010. She is an expert in vision casting and mindset. She has helped many people by sharing her story of overcoming cervical cancer. Her unique style and zest for life shine through on social media and in person. She’s excited to bring her bright light and energy to inspire you. With her husband Jared, she recently won the 2024 #7 Top Retention Leader Award & #23 Top Sales Leader Award in the Americas & Europe Markets.
