Rebecca Chai originally from Hong Kong and came to the USA for graduate school. After obtaining her CPA and MBA, she worked as a financial controller in an international firm for 20 years. In 2007, due to health issues, she joined USANA as a distributor, focusing on health and financial well-being. She recently received the #8 Community Leader Award, #20 Top Retention Award, and #25 Top Sales Award for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe markets.

Jenny Carpenter, originally from China, began her career as a project manager and translator for a nationwide health initiative. She later moved to the U.S. to pursue an MBA. Following her graduate studies, Jenny became a successful real estate business owner and broker, a role she held for eight years. Most recently, she worked as a private client banker at a major financial institution. After facing some health challenges earlier this year, Jenny was introduced to USANA. Her dedication to both health and business led her to quickly rise through the ranks. She achieved the rank of Gold Director in only 6 months. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was honored with the 2024 Rising Star Award for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe markets. Randy Crebs has a background in Corporate America as a Senior Manager in the Aerospace industry for 28 years. He started with USANA in 2006 to supplement his retirement income. He was able to retire 10 years earlier than planned and has been full-time with USANA ever since. Randy is an expert in the USANA Compensation Plan and using technology to build his business. He is also a USANA Foundation Ambassador Award recipient for his contributions to USANA's Kid's Eat Program. Randy brings great energy to the USANA Family and will be training on the fundamentals that matter most.

Charla is a 20+ year veteran of the network marketing profession and is passionate about helping

people change their lives. She has led global sales teams cumulatively totaling more than 1 million

distributors over 20 countries and across just about every product line possible: Nutrition, weight

loss, skin care, beauty, deregulated energy, travel, girls/women’s clothing, wine and coffee, and

men’s custom clothing. From startups to multi-billion-dollar companies, Charla has been part of

every stage of growth, turnaround, hypergrowth and more. As a life-long student of success,

duplication and streamlining systems, Charla brings a wealth of experience to the team. Charla has
