Cordia Leung develops leaders/entrepreneurs who desire to impact people's lives around the globe for health, wellness, and time freedom. Prior to USANA, Cordia was a Financial Executive at a public company in Dallas. She has been with USANA for 14 years and had won Top 25 Growth in the America & Europe Markets. Jenny Carpenter, originally from China, began her career as a project manager and translator for a nationwide health initiative. She later moved to the U.S. to pursue an MBA. Following her graduate studies, Jenny became a successful real estate business owner and broker, a role she held for eight years. Most recently, she worked as a private client banker at a major financial institution. After facing some health challenges earlier this year, Jenny was introduced to USANA. Randy Crebs has a background in Corporate America as a Senior Manager in the Aerospace industry for 28 years. He started with USANA in 2006 to supplement his retirement income. He was able to retire 10 years earlier than planned and has been full-time with USANA ever since. Randy is an expert in the USANA Compensation Plan and using technology to build his business. He is also a USANA Foundation Ambassador Award recipient for his contributions to USANA's Kid's Eat Program. Randy brings great energy to the USANA Family and will be training on the fundamentals that matter most.

Dawn Schultz is a beauty and wellness leader with 32+ years of experience in the salon and spa industry.

Since 2002, Dawn and her husband, Bill have been dedicated to USANA. As a Certified Celavive Advocate, Dawn is passionate about mentoring and empowering Brand Partners to confidently share and grow their businesses through Celavive’s Cellular Skincare.

In addition to her work in beauty and business, she is a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach, podcaster, author, and international educator. Dawn and Bill were also honored as the 2025 USANA Foundation Ambassadors for the USA for their philanthropic efforts to help end hunger worldwide.

Bill Schultz is an entrepreneur, mentor, and Gold Director who joined USANA in 2002. Alongside his wife, Dawn, they have built their USANA business part-time while pursuing their individual careers. Since 1998, Bill has provided authentic quarry stone to businesses and homeowners throughout Billings, Montana, and the surrounding region. His passion for mentoring others and investing in family, friends, and teammates is at the heart of everything he does. In 2025, Bill and Dawn were honored as USANA Foundation Ambassadors for the USA, recognizing their philanthropic efforts and commitment to helping end hunger around the world.

David Montieth and his wife, Gwen Xu, are USANA Gold Directors from Anchorage, Alaska. With a background in engineering and business, David brings a systems-minded approach to building teams and community. A lifelong learner and student of the business, he’s passionate about creating meaningful local gatherings that spark connection and growth. His session, “Momentum Starts Local: Hosting Your Way to Growth,” explores how consistency, culture, and community can transform your business from the inside out.
